Introduction

To successfully carry out any training project, several administrative and technical operations are necessary, such as user management, access rights and sales, participant registration, statistical compilations, etc. With the goal of making your experience with our products as pleasant as possible, we have equipped our system with automated processing for most of these operations.
The present guide for implementation workshops and your implementation advisor will accompany you at each stage of the configuration and online setup of your learning environment according to the content of the signed agreement. Each required integration step must be completed based on the needs you identified during the development of your contract. We therefore invite you to carefully consider the repercussions of each of your decisions and to validate your integration project with your SVI team advisor before adding participants to your training program.
Through its implementation advisory service, SVI offers a breakdown of the content to be presented to you in eight (8) modular workshops. These workshops will be tailored to specific individuals based on the scope of your project and the people involved, and will be conducted via videoconference in a private virtual room.

To ensure that the workshops are both effective and relevant, we invite you to review your current processes, whether they pertain to offerings, registrations, pathways, certifications, etc., so that our implementation advisory team can guide you towards the best solutions for your unique context. Your portal will therefore be organized and set up according to the image of your organization and its training project.

Each organization has its own level of mastery over its training project. If your project is in its early stages, we will ask you questions during the workshops to guide our approach and ensure we meet your specific needs. Conversely, if you already have a very clear and detailed vision of the outcome of your implementation, we will proceed with the portal configuration with you during the workshops.

Technological prerequisites

To be able to properly assimilate and understand the content and concepts presented, workshop participants must have basic knowledge of using a computer and the internet. However, we will be happy to answer all your questions regarding our technology or interoperability with your existing systems.
To join the online implementation workshops, please ensure you have the minimum configuration required to use the product.
