Your home page gives access to three (3) different sections :
- The main menu (options may differ according to the type of user) :
- The shortcuts according to your rights in the platform :
- The second section of your home page gives you a quick access to your activities of the week, your permanent and personal activities. The full calendar for your activities is available in the "My activities" menu.
You can access each activity (application synchrone) by clicking on "Access" or by clicking on "Recordings". In order to see the details of the activity, you just need to click on the title of the activity.
You are able to see the number of people that are actually connected to the activity versus the number of people that are registered to the activity.
- The third and last section of your home page also gives you quick access to your most recent messages. Users can use the Via messages to communicate effectively.
