I. Depending on the parameters of your organization, the visual and organization of the portal may vary slightly;
II. You must log into your account to register for training and access content;
III. If your portal only displays the  button, you will be redirected to a system in your organization to connect. If problems are raised during authentication, please contact your organization's technical support;
IV. Your portal may not display a  button if your organization does not allow self-registration. In this case, contact your organization's training manager.

1. Presentation of the Lära welcome interface
The homepage of your portal can have a varied visual aspect and present a public or non-public training offer, depending on the parameters of your organization. If there is a public training offer, what we call a "catalogue", it will be possible to navigate through it using different means. The catalogue's display options allow you to present the catalogue in three different ways (I., II. et III.).

I. Displaying the catalogue in tiles
The catalogue display button  displays large format tile training content containing a presentation image, content name, training type and a summary description, as shown in the image above.

II. Displaying the catalogue in calendar
The catalogue display button  displays the training contents in a calendar, presenting the courses in chronological order of holding.

III. Displaying the catalogue in list
The catalog display button  allows you to display training content in a more compact list. The content is thus presented less graphically, but this option makes it easier to search in a context where a large amount of content is available in your organization's training offer.

IV. Search filters
Similarly, search filters allow you to search for formations and events by category or subject, using the field  (sometimes labelled "all subjects"), by type, using the field  or by location, using the field  . The search field  allows you to search for a particular course manually. You can enter keywords contained in the presentation or in the title of the training. The  button will reset the filters to their default values.

V. Categories
Categories (or topics) are used to sort training and events in the catalogue by common topics. A unique color should be associated with each category. For example, the colour green has been associated with the category . The  button indicates that the category is expanded and displays its contents, the  button indicates that the category hides its contents. You can develop and hide the content as you wish. In our example, the  indicates that this category contains 1 content.

VI. Choice of language
The language selection menu  allows you to change the display language of the interface. If your training is given in English, for example, it will not be automatically translated to another language.

VII. Technical support
The  Technical Support shortcut button leads to IVS Technical Support, which will be pleased to support you with issues related to the portal. Information allowing you to contact your organization's support can also be added here, depending on your organization's settings.

2. How to connect to the site
I. I received an email confirming user creation
If you have received an email confirmation of user creation, your account is already created! This email contains your username, password and the URL address of your portal to connect to it.

First enter your username in the  field and your password in the  field, then click on the  button.

Your administrator may prompt you to change your password when you first log in, in which case a password reset window will open automatically. You will receive an email confirming that your password has been reset once the operation has been completed. If your password does not work, use the  link. A window will prompt you to submit your email address and a password change email will be sent to you.

II. I want to create my account manually
If you need to create your user account independently, go to your organization's training portal address, click on the  button, complete the information form, then click on . Please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You will then receive an email confirmation of user creation with your login information.

If your password does not work, use the  link. A window will prompt you to submit your email address and a password change email will be sent to you. If you do not have the address of your portal, please contact your organization's training manager. If you have the address of your portal, but there is no   button, an administrator of your organization must register you. Please contact your organization's training team for more information.
