Catalog

The Catalog menu allows you to consult the list of all of your available courses. It's where you will be able to select and decide to which courses you want to enrol. These courses will be part of your learning path.

You have the possibility to display these courses and events using three different display modes :

Tile

By default, the catalog is displayed by Tile. It allows you to see the thumbnail of the activity, the title, the type and the description in a dynamic interface. You can easily hide a category by clicking on the arrow on the left side of the category title.

Calendar

Calendar display allows you to view the available courses/events in a dynamic calendar. The courses/events are identified by colour, according to the category it is associated to. By hovering a date with one or more courses/events, you will be able to see the name of the available courses or events. By clicking on the date, the activity will be highlighted in the list below the calendar to help the user find the activity.  The activities shown in the list are sorted by date in a chronological order. You can change the shown dates by clicking on the arrows placed on the sides of the calendar. You will also be able to view the activities by month or year by clicking the arrow at the left side of the month on top of the calendar.

List

Display by List allows you to see the thumbnail of the activity, the title, the type following by the description in a minimal interface. All you need is to scroll down to see the various categories available. You can easily hide a category by clicking on the pointing down arrow on the left side of the category title.

To ease the navigation in the catalog, we have made available three search options:

Category: This scrolling menu allows you to choose a category and view all activities associated with the chosen category.

Type: This scrolling menu allows you to choose a type of activity and see all activities from this type, from any category.

Location: This scrolling menu allows you to choose a location and see which activities are given.

Keyword: By typing one or more keywords, all activites related to the keyword will be displayed.

In any of the three display modes, you can easily access the sessions details by clicking on the name of the activity. It is in this area that you will be able to view the full description of the activity and sessions. On the header you can see the total credits that can be granted for the activity (if any can be granted), the language and the type of activity. In the lower section you can see the available dates and the fees tied to each session. Furthermore, On the right side of the various available sessions you will be able to register or access the session, if you are already registered to it.
